+Do I pay Hasic Estate a fee?
No. We are a private company selling property we own, so there is no buyer fee — the purchase price and terms are agreed in writing up front.
+Do you show properties you don't own?
No. We only sell property Hasic Estate owns and we don't represent buyers or sellers in outside transactions.
+How long does closing take?
Financed purchases typically close in 30–45 days; cash purchases can close in as little as 10.
